We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to join our Project Management Office (PMO). You will start by mastering the financial controls of a major international infrastructure project, with the goal of growing into a full-lifecycle Project Manager who can lead initiatives across our engineering portfolio.

THE MISSION
Your role is
Orchestration & Accuracy
. You will own the financial data integrity for our active projects while supporting the leadership team with general project planning, scheduling, and coordination tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Financial Control (Primary Focus)

• Data Integrity:
  Manage and reconcile project financial logs, ensuring 100% accuracy between ERP data (Actuals/Commitments) and project dashboards.
• Variance Analysis:
  Identify and investigate discrepancies in project costs, Purchase Orders (POs), and budget allocations.
• Change Management:
  Track and update project change logs, ensuring all approved scope changes are reflected in the financial baseline.
• Reporting:
  Prepare weekly and quarterly financial utilization reports for senior stakeholders.

General Project Management Support (Growth Area)

• Project Coordination:
  Assist in maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, and following up on action items with team members.
• Documentation:
  Manage project artifacts, meeting minutes, and risk registers to ensuring full auditability.
• Process Optimization:
  Help standardise project workflows and reporting templates to improve team efficiency.
• Stakeholder Support:
  Assist the Project Lead in preparing presentations and progress updates for international clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education:
  Bachelor's in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or Finance.
• Key Skill 1:
  Advanced Excel
  proficiency (Non-negotiable).
• Key Skill 2:
  Strong understanding of
  Project Management Principles
  (Scope, Time, Cost, Quality).
• Soft Skills:
  Excellent written English and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
• Bonus:
  Certification in CAPM/PMP (or pursuing), familiarity with Power BI or MS Project.

SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

Because we operate from the National Aerospace Science & Technology Park (NASTP), all employees must undergo a rigorous vetting process.

• Background Verification:

Mandatory police character certificate and verification of financial history.
- NASTP Access:

Candidate must be eligible for security clearance to enter the NASTP facility daily.
- Data Integrity:

You will sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Data Sovereignty contracts aligned with international enterprise standards.
