About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of sales and marketing plans, track key projects, gather market insights, and assist in promoting our medical device products. You will work closely with sales, marketing and operational teams to ensure projects run smoothly, promotional activities are delivered effectively, and market opportunities are identified.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support sales and marketing activities for medical device product lines.
  • Track projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Use strong project management skills to keep teams aligned and activities on schedule.
  • Conduct market intelligence including competitor monitoring, pricing trends, and customer insights.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events such as product demos, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Help develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and product content.
  • Prepare basic sales reports, marketing summaries, and activity updates.
  • Work with sales teams, hospitals, clinicians, and distributors to maintain clear communication.
  • Manage marketing calendars, budgets, documentation, and vendor coordination.
  • Support CRM updates, customer follow-ups, and commercial activities.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in sales coordination, marketing, or project support - preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of healthcare markets, hospital needs, and medical device products
  • Experience organizing promotional events (demos, workshops, conferences).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and market research.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
