We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in selling industrial equipment or capital goods. This role is perfect for a strategic hunter who excels at identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. An engineering background is highly desirable, as it will enable you to understand complex client needs and provide technically sound solutions.

Location: Super Highway, Near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement managers at client organizations.
  • Technical Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the technical features and business benefits of our equipment.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client challenges and operational requirements to propose the most effective technical solutions from our product portfolio.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing, maintaining a healthy and accurate pipeline in our CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to position our offerings effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience, specifically in selling industrial equipment, machinery, or engineered capital goods.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related field) is a significant plus. A degree in Business or Marketing with relevant technical sales experience will also be considered.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of prospecting, generating your own leads, and closing new business.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to quickly learn and understand technical products and their applications in an industrial setting.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Skilled in negotiation techniques and successfully closing deals of varying complexity.
  • Driven & Self-Motivated: A goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
