IT Sales Executive – MSP/MSSP

Location: Lahore (Onsite)

Shift: Night (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM, Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive IT Sales Executive to promote cybersecurity solutions (Cryx360 – U.S.-based MSSP) and medical billing services (PRG) to U.S. healthcare clients. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales background and understanding of MSP/MSSP, HIPAA compliance, and health IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage U.S. medical practices through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Promote cybersecurity offerings: HIPAA compliance, SOC monitoring, ransomware protection
  • Present PRG's medical billing services to clinics and hospitals
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos
  • Maintain accurate records via CRM and collaborate with technical & marketing teams
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity and healthcare IT trends

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales
  • Familiarity with MSP/MSSP models and security concepts (SIEM, SOC, EDR, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
  • Experience using CRM tools and lead generation platforms
  • Strong B2B outreach and relationship-building skills

Preferred:

  • Sales experience in U.S. healthcare or cybersecurity sector
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, medical billing, or compliance standards
