Account Executive (Sales Executive)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Research target markets to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company offerings and potential for long-term growth.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Conduct product/service presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Account Management & Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing queries, concerns, and requirements.
- Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and sales reports to management.
- Share client insights and market trends with internal teams to enhance product/service offerings.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs.
- Recommend improvements to the sales process for better efficiency and results.
- Participate in training sessions to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience
in sales, business development, or account management (B2B or B2C). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
