IT Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services and solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. This role involves developing relationships with potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services and software solutions sector.
- Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and online research (LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to refine business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT company or software house.
- Strong understanding of web and software development services, digital transformation, or IT products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and lead generation platforms.
