*Role Description*

As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive student enrollments, enhance brand visibility, and establish Insha Tech as a leader in tech education. You'll manage our online presence across multiple platforms, optimise ad performance, and create compelling content that resonates with our audience.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to attract students and industry partners.

* ⁠Manage and grow Insha Tech's social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).

* ⁠Create engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and email campaigns.

* ⁠Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

* ⁠Optimise marketing funnels for lead generation and conversion.

* ⁠Monitor analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies.

* ⁠Collaborate with the admissions team to enhance student engagement.

* ⁠Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies.

*Requirements*

* Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.

* ⁠Proficiency in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising.

* ⁠Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.

* ⁠Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

* ⁠Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.

* ⁠Passion for education, technology, and career transformation.

*Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)*

* Experience in education, edtech, or bootcamps.

* ⁠Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).

* ⁠Knowledge of community building and influencer marketing.
