Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team.

This is an outbound calling position, where you'll connect with potential clients to provide information about business registration, LLC formation, and related services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales or customer support, particularly in business services, legal documentation, or corporate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about LLC formation and business registration services.
  • Explain the process, requirements, and benefits of forming an LLC in the U.S.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, building interest and trust in our services.
  • Guide clients through each step of the LLC formation process, ensuring a clear understanding and smooth experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
  • Stay updated on state-specific regulations and industry best practices related to LLC formation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or customer service, ideally in the business registration, legal, or corporate services sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about LLC formation processes and state filing requirements.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
