Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Zonal Sales Manager based in Sialkot with some work flexibility. The primary responsibilities include managing sales operations within the assigned zone, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Zonal Sales Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, team management, and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong knowledge of crop and field management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data
  • Experience in team leadership and team building
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
