We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who is fluent in Chinese and English and has proven experience working with the US real estate market. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and assist clients with property-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and convert leads into clients.
  • Maintain CRM records and update client information.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents and clients in the US.
  • Communicate professionally in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (verbal & written).
  • Prior experience in the US real estate market is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-driven, professional, and reliable.
  • No formal qualification required; experience matters most.
