We are hiring a dynamic Inside Sales Agent (ISA) fluent in Spanish and English with hands-on experience in the US real estate market. The candidate should be confident in handling calls, nurturing leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and qualify potential clients for real estate services.
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with leads.
  • Handle CRM updates and follow-up processes efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly in both Spanish and English.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal & written).
  • Experience in the US real estate market is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and closing skills.
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented.
  • No formal degree required—relevant experience is key.
