Position Title: Business Development Manager - ERP Sales
SuperNova Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – ERP Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts for our SAP S/4HANA and enterprise solutions, driving new business growth and fostering long-term client relationships in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP/IT solutions domain
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Develop proposals, presentations, and customized solution pitches for clientsCollaborate with pre-sales, marketing and delivery teams to execute sales strategies
Understand client needs, conduct market research, and analyze trends to identify growth areas
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Required Skills & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
4–5 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise software or ERP sales
Prior SAP sales or solution experience will be highly preferred
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence key stakeholders
