Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. This role involves market research, strategic planning, networking, and negotiating business deals to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and progress reports.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
Strong market research and analytical skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
