Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong communication and negotiation skills. The primary responsibility is to take warm leads generated through telesales campaigns, engage prospects, present business applications, and close deals. The role requires someone who can build trust with corporate clients and effectively represent our IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
Engage with leads generated by telesales campaigns and nurture them through the sales cycle.
- Conduct detailed discussions, product presentations, and solution demos with potential customers.
 - Understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and prepare quotations/proposals.
 - Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
 - Act as the bridge between telesales (lead generation) and the technical/delivery teams.
 - Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism to maximize lead-to-deal conversion rates.
 - Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
 - Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales pipeline in CRM.
 
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Strong relationship-building ability, especially with corporate clients.
 - Confidence in handling solution-based discussions and closing deals.
 - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
 
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in software solution sales (ERP, CRM, or business applications).
- Exposure to corporate procurement and decision-making processes.
 - Comfortable with using CRM tools for pipeline management.
