Job Title: Social Media Content & Script Writer – For Reels, Videos & Content Posting on Social Media Platforms

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, witty, and trend-savvy Script Writer to craft scroll-stopping short-form video scripts for business and marketing audiences—with a strong focus on US-based entrepreneurs and startup owners aged 30+.

Beyond writing, you'll also assist in posting content across our social media platforms, ensuring each piece is optimized for maximum reach and engagement. Your scripts will be designed for easy integration with B-roll, animations, and visual elements—making them production-ready and perfect for content boosting.

What You'll Do:


• Write high-impact, attention-grabbing scripts for reels and short videos.


• Tailor content for a US audience (30+, entrepreneurs, small business owners).


• Align all content with brand voice and messaging.


• Research trends, viral formats, and audience behaviors to create share-worthy content.


• Collaborate with the creative team to develop hooks, storylines, and visual cues.


• Keep scripts concise, entertaining, and visually adaptable for B-roll and animations.


• Post and schedule content across multiple social media platforms.


• Optimize posts for engagement, reach, and audience interaction.

What We're Looking For:


• 2+ years of scriptwriting experience for social media/video content.


• Strong storytelling and hook-writing skills.


• Knowledge of content posting, scheduling tools, and platform best practices.


• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts trends.


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


• Portfolio of short-form social video scripts.

Bonus Points If You Have:


• Experience in brand tone & voice development.


• Familiarity with video production workflows.


• Understanding of social media analytics to measure performance.
