Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Google / Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads platforms to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage budgets and monitor campaign performance to ensure efficient spend.
  • Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking strategies.
  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ads with overall digital strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and policies in paid media.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
