About the Role

We are looking for a
highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer
with
5+ years of professional experience
building production-grade web applications using
Angular (front-end)
and
Python/Django (back-end)
.

You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications. While our long-term vision includes advanced AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, n8n automations), we want strong engineers who already excel at
core development
and can later be trained in AI workflows.

This is an
on-site role
in Islamabad.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using
    Angular, Django, Django REST Framework
  • Write
    clean, scalable, and testable code
    with strong documentation practices
  • Lead API design, system integrations, and performance optimizations
  • Work with automation/integration tools (n8n or similar) to streamline workflows
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and maintainable deployments

Requirements


Minimum 5 years of hands-on professional experience
in software development


Expert in Angular
(components, RxJS, services, state management, performance optimization)


Strong backend experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework

Solid understanding of
REST APIs, integrations, and event-driven systems

Experience with
workflow automation tools
(n8n/Zapier/Power Automate – nice to have)

Familiar with
version control (Git), testing frameworks, and deployment practices

Excellent
problem-solving skills, communication, and team collaboration

Nice to Have (will be taught later):

  • n8n automation
  • Cursor IDE / GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted workflows
