About the Role

CareCloud is seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to support our cross-functional marketing team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on clarity, structure, and smooth execution behind the scenes. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing workflows, tracking deliverables, collecting performance insights, and assisting in the preparation of leadership-level reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly and ad-hoc marketing meetings, record action items, and track follow-ups.
  • Maintain marketing project timelines across content, SEO, email, digital, and creative teams.
  • Coordinate workflows by following up on assigned tasks and surfacing blockers early.
  • Build and manage project dashboards using Asana, Notion, , Trello, or similar.
  • Run and summarize performance reports in HubSpot, including:
  • Email campaign metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion)
  • Landing page and form analytics
  • Lead source tracking and segmentation insights
  • Campaign engagement and performance summaries
  • Create executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides to support leadership review and decision-making.
  • Provide weekly status updates and operational support to the Enterprise Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure deliverables remain aligned with broader marketing and business goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, coordination, or project support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using project management platforms (Asana / Notion / Trello / ClickUp / ).
  • Practical experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides with strong presentation formatting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across creative and analytical teams.
  • Must be based in Pakistan and comfortable collaborating across U.S. time zones.

Preferred Experience (Plus, Not Required)

  • Prior experience supporting global or distributed marketing teams.
  • Understanding of SEO workflows, content production cycles, or email marketing execution.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and campaign performance reporting.
