A Project Coordinator is required for planning field operations, liaison and coordination with field tiers and relevant stakeholders.

Duties

The core responsibilities are:

Working on modalities, designs and planning for transitioning dynamic operations from Tehsil to UC levels

Coordinating with provincial departments for data sharing on administrative units (UCs, etc.)

Working with all government tiers on broadening the registration activities and other CCT initiatives

Coordination with NADRA and other implementation partners / development partners for the liaison and implementation of planned activities at all tiers of field across Pakistan,

Coordination with field teams in terms of progress sharing and achieving targets according to predefined deadlines.

Qualifications:

1) Education/Training

  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development

Studies, or a related field.

2) Language

  • English and Urdu at C1 level or above (based on CEFR levels).

3) General Professional Experience

  • 5 years of professional experience in managing field operations, project coordination, or liaising with government bodies and stakeholders.

4) Specific Professional Experience

  • 5 years' experience in coordinating with government tiers, particularly in

administrative units at the Tehsil and UC levels.

  • 5 years of experience working with large-scale operations, specifically related to registration activities and cash transfer programs.

5) Leadership/Management Experience

  • 2 years' leadership experience in managing and coordinating with field teams to

achieve predefined targets and deadlines.

6) Professional experience in the country/region of assignment

  • 2 years of professional experience in Pakistan, specifically working with government agencies, NADRA, and other key stakeholders on field-level projects.

7) Development cooperation experience

  • 1 year of experience working with international development organizations, particularly in implementing field operations related to social protection or community-driven initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
