Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the global talent market and a proven track record of success in both international and local recruitment. This role will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. Additionally, the International Recruitment Specialist will contribute to various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse international and local markets.

· Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

· Utilize various recruitment channels, including online platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks.

· Build and maintain relationships with international and local recruitment agencies and universities.

· Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks on potential candidates.

· Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

  1. HR Administration:

· Assist with various HR activities, such as onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

· Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

· Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

· Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

  1. Other:

· Stay up to date on current industry trends and best practices in international recruitment.

· Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in international and local recruitment.

● Strong understanding of the global talent market and current industry trends.

● Experience with various recruitment channels and technologies.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in US/UK time zone.

● Fluency in English and at least one other language is preferred.
