Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet the company's hiring needs. Day-to-day responsibilities also include conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding and training programs, and collaborating with teams to understand staffing requirements. The role will focus on building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment networks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with an ability to source and attract top talent effectively.
  • Strong Interviewing and candidate evaluation skills to select suitable candidates for relevant roles.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
  • Experience in planning and delivering effective Training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
