Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Intern. The Recruitment Intern will assist with supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Core responsibilities also include conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting in onboarding and training initiatives. The role will involve direct communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting
  • Solid understanding of Training and onboarding processes
  • Excellent oral and written Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
