Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled 
Academic Writing Team Lead
 who can balance both 
academic writing
 and 
team coordination
 responsibilities. The ideal candidate will not only deliver high-quality academic work but also guide writers, ensure quality standards, and communicate effectively with clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, client management abilities, and expertise in academic writing formats and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of academic writers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Assist in task allocation and oversee workflow to meet client deadlines.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct research and produce academic content (essays, reports, case studies, dissertations, etc.) when required.
  • Review, proofread, and edit writers' work for accuracy, structure, and adherence to referencing styles.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers and help them improve their skills.
  • Handle escalations and ensure client requirements are met at the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) in any discipline; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in 
    academic writing
     (team handling experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Expertise in referencing styles (APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Prior experience in client interaction is a strong advantage.

Shift Timings

We are hiring for two slots:

  • Slot 1:
     6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  • Slot 2:
     9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

(Candidates must be comfortable working in either of these shifts.)
