The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing the academic and administrative activities of university programs. The role ensures smooth program operations, compliance with institutional standards, coordination with faculty, and student support services to enhance the overall academic experience.

Key Responsibities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of academic programs in alignment with university policies.
  • Coordinate program schedules, examinations, assessments, and curriculum implementation.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, academic records, and reporting
  • Serve as a link between students, faculty, and administration.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and communication between academic departments and external partners where necessary.
  • Support academic quality assurance and accreditation requirements.
  • Provide academic guidance and program-related support to students.
  • Organize orientation sessions, training workshops, and academic advisory sessions.
  • Address student queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain program data including enrollment, progression, and student outcomes.
  • Prepare reports for department heads and senior management.
  • Assist in audits, academic reviews, and compliance with regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
    Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    2–4 years
    of relevant experience in program coordination, academic administration, or student services at a higher education institution.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and accreditation processes.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), ERP platforms, and MS Office.
