Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credentialing Specialist and Billing Specialist, located in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the credentialing of medical staff, ensuring compliance with Medicare and other insurance requirements, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining communication with medical providers, processing credentialing applications, and ensuring accurate billing and coding for medical services.

Qualifications

  • Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Medicare requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with medical billing software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
