Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of credentialing, including:
  • Primary source verification
  • CAQH, NPI, and other registries
  • State medical licensing
  • Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer enrollments
  • Insurance paneling and credentialing
  • Oversee credentialing process for:
  • Sole providers
  • Group practices
  • Revalidations and reapplications
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and payer standards
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Collaborate with providers, payers, and internal teams
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve credentialing workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and providers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in credentialing, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Experience working with all major payers and state-specific credentialing requirements
  • Strong knowledge of credentialing regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with EDI/ERA/EFT enrollments, insurance portal setups, and payers' day-to-day updates
  • Strong team management and client management skills
