Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive who can efficiently manage recruitment, particularly hiring Inbound Sales Representatives for our night shift packaging campaign. The ideal candidate will also oversee sales team performance, support employee engagement, and contribute to overall team growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Inbound Sales Representatives for night shift operations.
  • Conduct CV screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Monitor, support, and help grow the night shift sales team.
  • Track sales team attendance, performance, and KPIs.
  • Address HR-related queries, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies to improve retention and team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for sales or call center roles (night shift experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willing to work night shift (mandatory).
