We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR operations, payroll management, and labor laws.

Only male candidates with knowledge of Payroll are eligible to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing and related documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management.
  • Stay updated on local labor laws and ensure legal compliance.
  • Support HR initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be proactive, responsible, and a team player.
