
Territory Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Executive (LMT) will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and maintaining strong relationships within the LMT channel for Mughlia Rice. The role requires close coordination with key modern trade stores, distributors, and internal sales teams to achieve sales targets and ensure brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets in the LMT channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
- Ensure availability, visibility, and display of Mughlia Rice products at all assigned outlets.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate timely replenishment, and manage returns.
- Negotiate shelf space, promotions, and in-store branding with store managers.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure execution excellence and competitor monitoring.
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and trade marketing teams for LMT-specific activities.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and pricing structures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Growth in numeric and weighted distribution.
- Share of shelf and visibility improvement.
- Execution of promotional activities.
- Relationship score with key LMT customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Rice Sales, preferably in the Modern Trade channel.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: Rs60, Rs90,000.00 per month
