Position: Marketing & Lead Generation Associate

About the Role

Fincera (home solutions) and NUOMI (premium kitchen & wardrobe accessories) are looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Associate who is dynamic, creative, and results-oriented. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving impactful campaigns, managing brand presence, and generating quality leads that support business growth. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and a flair for creative marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns for Fincera & NUOMI.
  • Manage daily social media activities including content posting, audience engagement, and trend integration.
  • Drive online lead generation through organic and paid campaigns, track results, and share qualified leads with the sales team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and engage with potential clients across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all creatives are aligned with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals and compelling content.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare periodic reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management, campaign execution, and lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and marketing collateral production.
  • A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar marketing/design tools.
