  • Verify dye recipes and shade matching as per customer specifications.
  • Manage shift workers, assign tasks, and maintain discipline and safety standards.
  • Record production data, machine performance, and any issues during the shift.
  • Quickly resolve process deviations, machine faults, or fabric defects to avoid delays.
