Position Title: HR Executive – Employee Engagement & HR Operations

Location: LearnOBots HQ, NSTP(NUST), Islamabad

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a people focused HR professional who is passionate about building a strong workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of a solid background in Employee Engagement and HR Operations, with the ability to design and implement initiatives that enhance motivation, belonging, and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and execute creative and impactful employee engagement initiatives including events, recognition programs, wellness activities, and culture campaigns to strengthen motivation, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.


• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including attendance, HR policies, leave management, and maintaining accurate employee records.


• Manage the complete onboarding experience, including preparation of employment contracts, coordination of pre-joining formalities, organizing meet-and-greet sessions with team members, and ensuring every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and smoothly integrated into the organization.


• Review and monitor HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational values and compliance with local regulations.


• Manage off boarding ensuring smooth transitions and a positive exit experience.


• Act as a culture ambassador, promoting a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment where employees feel valued and inspired.

Requirements:


• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR.


• Gander: Female only


• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Employee engagement and HR Operations


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.


• A creative and proactive mindset with the ability to lead engagement initiatives independently.
