Company Description

dynamic, organized, and results-driven Operations Manager
to lead daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business functioning and timely execution of tasks.
  • Supervise administrative, HR, sales, and marketing teams to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor
    Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain operational budgets, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support business development efforts through strategic input and data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate between departments to drive company goals, deadlines, and client satisfaction.
  • Report directly to management with performance insights and operational improvement plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    in real estate operations
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and streamline workflows.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Business Administration, Management, or related field
