Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process posting jobs, screening applicants and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and HR documentation
for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance and reports.
Help manage daily administrative tasks, scheduling and internal communication.
Coordinate team meetings, events and company correspondence.
Ensure smooth office operations and assist management in HR-related tasks.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
Eagerness to learn HR and administrative systems.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
