Role Description

SZABIST is seeking a motivated and skilled Officer Human Resources for a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Officer Human Resources will be responsible for a wide spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, assisting in policy development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational development initiatives.
