Job Title: R&D Engineer – Evaporator & Condenser Manufacturing

Company Overview:

Optimize Engineering is a leading manufacturer specializing in evaporators and condensers for the appliance industry. We are seeking a skilled R&D & Process optimzation Engineer to join our team and assist the Department Head in optimizing manufacturing processes and driving technological advancements in evaporator and condenser production.

Role Overview:

As the R&D & Process Optimization Engineer, you will focus on designing, optimizing, and monitoring manufacturing processes, utilizing industrial engineering principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes for evaporator and condenser production using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process control.
  • Monitor process parameters, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to maintain production quality.
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment and technology to improve process efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process flow diagrams, and performance reports.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, assist with staff training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering/R&D in manufacturing (preferably in evaporators or similar industries).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
