About the Role:
The Head of Product Engineering will lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative financial technology products, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications in the banking/financial services industry.

NOTE: This role requires hands-on development experience, and the candidate is expected to be a proficient developer/Solution Architect.

• trong proficiency in backend and API development, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). U
• nderstanding of financial industry protocols, security requirements, and compliance standards. E
