Prime Brands Distribution Pvt Ltd. is looking for a relevant Sales Executive for its hair care

division who will be responsible to promote and sell our premium hair care products to salons.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the beauty industry, excellent

interpersonal skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. This role involves

identifying new salon partners, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and onboard new salons and beauty professionals.
  • Present and demonstrate hair care products, highlighting benefits and usage.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with salon owners and stylists.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
  • Provide post-sale support and resolve any product-related issues.

Requirement:

  • Proven experience in sales and conducting product training or demos preferably in the
  • beauty or hair care industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hair products and salon operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with salon retail strategies.
