Join us to help US service businesses adopt our AI-powered receptionist so they never miss a lead again & other innovative services we offer for our customers.

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Development Rep (SDR) who thrives on real conversations and outcome-driven outreach. You will be a great fit If you have closed B2B software deals before, know how to keep decision-makers on the phone and can pitch like a pro we want you on the team. You will be part of a small, tight-knit team selling AI solutions to niche SMB verticals in the US (like lawn care, salons, real estate, and more). This is not a siloed role you will collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, test pitches and grow the pipeline together.

What You Will Do:


• Own the first touch: Conduct cold outreach via phone and email to US-based SMBs.


• Tailor your approach to specific verticals—use scripts as a base but adapt based on objections and feedback.


• Educate and qualify prospects by pitching our AI receptionist and understanding fit.


• Book qualified appointments for the Account Executive team—and where appropriate, take deals across the finish line yourself.


• Log activity and insights in our CRM to improve the team's strategy.


• Share what's working (and what's not) with the marketing and sales team—this is a feedback loop, not a factory.

We are Looking For Someone Who:


• Has 2+ years of B2B cold calling and inside sales experience specifically in software/SaaS for US customers.


• Is fluent in English with a neutral or US-accent—clear, confident, and engaging on calls.


• Has a proven ability to convert cold outreach into meetings—and can close when the opportunity is right.


• Knows how to handle objections without a script—and sees every "no" as a step closer to a "yes."


• Is comfortable working US business hours and thrives in a distributed team.

Bonus If You:


• Have worked across multiple US verticals and understand SMB decision cycles.


• Are familiar with CRMs, dialers, or call tracking tools.
