Position: Urdu Coordinator

AIMS Education System is seeking a qualified and motivated Urdu Coordinator to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Urdu language and literature, strong organizational skills, and experience in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Urdu curriculum planning and implementation across relevant grades
  • Support Urdu teachers with instructional materials and professional development
  • Organize events and activities promoting the Urdu language
  • Monitor and report on Urdu program effectiveness
  • Liaise between administration, teachers, and parents regarding Urdu-related matters

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Urdu
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant teaching and coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
