We're Hiring: Front Desk Officer (Full-Time)

Location: Rawalpindi

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: PKR 70,000

Last date to apply is 2nd November 2025.

WELDO is working in Pakistan and internationally to support ethical migration and provide return, and reintegration services. We assist individuals returning to Pakistan from all over the world and ensure they receive professional support to rebuild their lives.

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations and represent the organization with professionalism and courtesy. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Urdu. Knowledge of any additional language will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities


• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner


• Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails


• Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules


• Provide general administrative and coordination support


• Keep the reception area organized and presentable

Requirements


• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Urdu


• Knowledge of any additional language is a plus


• Presentable, confident, and well-organized


• Ability to multitask and manage a variety of administrative duties


• Prior front desk or admin experience preferred
