Job Description

Spark Lab (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Front Sales Executive
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their business needs, and converting leads into successful sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and social platforms (Bark, SMM, etc.).
  • Present company services (Web Development, SEO, Animation, and Digital Marketing) in a persuasive manner.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client follow-ups.
  • Build long-term professional relationships with clients.
  • Update CRM with daily sales activities and progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and convert leads effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales (US/UK campaigns preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work in the night shift.
