Position:
Sales Development Representative

Job Type:
On-site

Working Hours:
7:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Salary Package:
Up to PKR 70,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a solid customer base through excellent customer service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products/services to communicate the benefits to customers effectively.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and update customer information and sales activity.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and prospecting.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve overall sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a telemarketing sales representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
