We are currently seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing operations, manage resources, and oversee client campaigns with precision and creativity.

Details:

 Location: Karachi (On-site)

 Experience: 3–5+ Years

 Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the agency's overall marketing and client strategy.
  • Supervise creative, social media, and paid advertising teams to ensure project delivery within deadlines.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with both client and agency objectives.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Oversee performance reporting, analytics, and campaign optimization across digital platforms.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and internal resource allocation efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Creative Director on strategic initiatives and brand positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in a marketing or agency management role.
  • Proven track record in handling multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing
    , including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and maintain quality under pressure.
