As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and providing prompt and accurate resolutions. You will assist customers with orders, product questions, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues. In addition, you will maintain customer records and update relevant information in our database. Your ability to multitask and effectively communicate will be critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide assistance and answer inquiries
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate the issue to the relevant department
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through step-by-step solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Rs40, Rs65,000.00 per month
