Your Role: Make a Difference for Global Customers

As an International Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our international clients. This is your opportunity to build a rewarding career, develop valuable skills, and solve real problems for people around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service and support, resolving inquiries effectively on the first contact.
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accurately maintain customer interaction records in our CRM system.
  • Achieve personal and team performance targets (KPIs) and contribute to team goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and strengthen client partnerships.

We're Looking For Someone With

  • 1+ years of experience in a contact center, BPO, or international customer support role .
  • Excellent English (C1) communication skills and strong phone etiquette.
  • Availability for one of our night shift schedules: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM, 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM, 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM, or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
