Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Key Account Manager for an on-site role located in the Karachi Division. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, developing business plans that align with client objectives, and identifying opportunities for growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing account strategies, analyzing client needs and market trends, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering long-term partnerships. The role requires effective communication and the ability to collaborate with various teams to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management and experience in Key Account relationship-building
  • Exceptional Analytical and Business Planning skills to design and implement effective client strategies
  • Strong Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client satisfaction
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing and event management is an advantage
