We are looking for aseasoned Senior System Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience to playa crucial role in our projects. The ideal candidate will possess stronganalytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven trackrecord of successfully managing clients and projects from conception todelivery. As a Senior System Analyst, you will be responsible for collaboratingwith clients to gather requirements, designing robust solutions, andcoordinating with development and testing teams to ensure successful projectexecution.KeyResponsibilitiesEngage with clients tounderstand their business needs and document detailed requirements.Analyze and evaluateexisting systems and processes to identify areas for improvement oroptimization.Design and proposeinnovative solutions that align with client requirements and industry bestpractices.Work closely withdevelopment and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutionsand adherence to project timelines.Act as a liaisonbetween clients and internal teams, effectively communicating project status,risks, and dependencies.Provide guidance andmentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth anddevelopment.Collaborate withproject managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, anddeliverables.Conduct thoroughtesting and quality assurance to validate the functionality and performance ofdeveloped solutions.Stay updated onemerging technologies and trends in the industry, leveraging this knowledge toenhance our offerings and capabilities. RequirementsBachelor's degree inComputer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum of 4 years ofexperience in a system analyst role, preferably in a client -facing capacity.Proven expertise inrequirements gathering, solution design, and project management.Strong understandingof software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and SDLCprinciples.Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients,stakeholders, and cross -functional teams.Proficiency intranslating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.Experience with toolssuch as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaborationplatforms.Familiarity withrelational databases, SQL queries, and data modeling concepts.Ability to multitaskand prioritize tasks in a fast -paced environment, while maintaining a highlevel of attention to detail.
