Responsibilities
Summary of Job Profile:
An individual with software background, having 6-8 years of experience in developing and designing innovative e-business and data analytics solutions. Should also have expertise in integrating AI based COTS solutions, including their evaluation, integration, and optimization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Software Design and Architecture
  • Create software/ solution design and architecture as per business requirements.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to implement innovative solutions.
  • Prepare project proposals against the issued RFP.
  • Participate and lead software development as per the design.
  • Expertise in AI based Data Analytics
  • Evaluate AI-based COTS products for their applicability to business needs.
  • Deploy, configure and manage AI based COTS solutions.
  • Develop integration strategies for AI-based COTS solutions.
  • Project Management
  • Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of the solution design and architecture.
  • Generation of Innovative Ideas:
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by generating creative and disruptive ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic vision for technological innovation aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Brainstorm and conceptualize new business concepts, products, and services that align with market demands and client needs.
  • Develop business cases and proposals to pitch innovative ideas to stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required For The Position

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, AI. Advanced degree (masters) is a plus.
  • 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, in technology sector.
  • Proven track record of generating and implementing innovative ideas that have contributed to business growth or transformation.
