Nizam Alam Group is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in safety work wear production for top brands and retailers. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Communications team. In this role, he/she be responsible for creating visually engaging content that aligns with our brand and supports both internal and external communication efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content for digital and print materials, including presentations, reports, social media content, brochures, company website, marketing campaigns, and corporate events and all internal & external communications.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to develop and execute design concepts that align with company messaging and branding.
  • Assist in producing assets for presentations, company announcements, and other corporate materials.
  • Ensuring consistency of required information across all communications.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations and MBA in Marketing.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in working with corporate industry or agency environment.
  • Good understanding of communication tools, content development, design projects, including digital, print, and social media management & trends.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong hold on verbal & written English communications.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity with a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate with vendors and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing will be a plus.
  • Hands-on experience of handling multiple projects ensuring timely quality delivery
  • Understanding of branding and corporate communication best practices.
